Enquiries you make to me.

My email account uses the secure Gmail server and is password protected. Only I have access to my email account. The phones and laptop I use to respond to your emails, calls and texts are password protected.

I perform a twice-yearly review of all my email, phone and text correspondence (in July and January) and delete all unnecessary contact details. Should you take up my counselling service your information will be held for longer, this is outlined in my Privacy Policy relating to Psychotherapeutic Counselling.

I will only use your email address and/or telephone number to contact you about my counselling service.

At anytime you have the right to ask to see what information I hold about you. You also have the right to request that I delete any information I hold about you. You can do this by contacting me directly. The instances in which I would not be able to comply with your request are as follows:

1. It is necessary for us to retain these records in order to continue providing an effective service (in this case you would have been provided with the Privacy Policy relating to Psychotherapeutic Counselling).

2. I am compelled to retain the information by a Court of Law

3. I require the information in order to establish, exercise or defend legal claims
